The Waikato Winter Show is installing a complex of ramps, half pipes and grinding rails. This under-cover skate park will be open for use by anyone who arrives at the Winter Show with a skateboard. The SK8 Comp area has features with varying degrees of difficulty, from beginner to Xtreme. This is your chance to test your skills in a state of the art Sk8 Park. Who knows, if you are good enough you could go on to the Sk8 Comp. Friday 30 April is a Free Skate Day. Saturday 1 May is the SK8 Comp - register to enter on the day. Also on Saturday will be demonstrations by Pro-Skaters. Sunday is another Free Skate Day. The SK8 Comp is at no extra charge
